John has focused his life around helping others to attain their goals through his inspiration, motivation, and needless to say intense workouts. John uses many different techniques such as, but not limited to: strength and cardiovascular training, cardio boxing, aerobic routines, medicine and stability ball training as well as nutrition counseling. He uses the special method of biomechanics; John teaches the client how to truly focus and engage their muscles using proper form, technique and most importantly the clients mind to muscle connection. Not only has John helped his clients to attain their dramatic weight loss goals, he has also trained those whom have competed in fitness, body building and, iron man competitions. His focus is on weight loss, muscle toning, youth training, sports specific conditioning, overall health and wellness, and special populations (pre- and post-natal, diabetics and stability/functional training for the elderly.) John has also been trained to work with those who have specific injuries that have limited them in doing certain exercises. The most gratifying thing to John is seeing his client have attained a goal they never thought possible.
